A short, straight account of the handful of things a phone call tells us, and the long list it doesn't.
Last updated: August 2026.
Charlotte Porta Potty keeps this website up so people around Charlotte have somewhere to call for a porta potty quote. You won't find a cart, an account or a submit button here — the one next move is a call to (704) 445-7453.
Over the phone you hand over just the essentials of a quote: where it's going, the dates you need it and roughly how many people. That's put toward booking and servicing your rental, and it goes no further.
The host that runs this site records the usual access logs — IP address, browser, which pages loaded — to keep things secure and online, and whatever analytics exist are rolled into totals rather than pinned to a person.
This site drops little to nothing in the way of its own cookies; where a map appears it reaches out to Google Maps, and a few pages pull Google Fonts, each handed only the request it takes to draw. Turn cookies off and the phone number is still right there to dial.
Your call is picked up and scheduled through our fulfillment partner, so a live person can drop your delivery onto the calendar. They see only what running the order requires, and personal information is never sold, rented or swapped.
If you live in North Carolina, you're entitled to ask what booking details we're holding and to have them erased. Since the whole operation runs by phone and we gather so little, there's rarely much on file — ring (704) 445-7453 and we'll sort it.
We built the page for grown-ups arranging rentals, not for kids, and no one under 13 is somebody we would knowingly pull details from.
Should this policy be reworked, the date up top moves with it, and the updated wording is in force the moment it goes live.
The fastest line to us about anything on this page is the phone: (704) 445-7453. On the record, written notice goes to 2030 Boyer Street, Charlotte, NC 28208.
The material on this page is background information rather than legal advice. Charlotte Porta Potty functions as the trading name of the business publishing this Charlotte site.
Drop, service rounds and haul-off, all sorted in one call across Charlotte & the Carolinas.
